Video editing and gaming on a modest budget - advice please

Hi everyone. My brother pointed me here as a great resource to design my perfect desktop, which I will then buy from pcspecialist.

Here's what I'm looking to do:
- Editing 4k 360 video (insta360 and DJI drone footage)
- Playing DayZ
That's literally it!

Budget around £1,000-£1,500, but please just tell me if I'm dreaming and I'll stretch the budget.

Any advice is much appreciated.

There will be a question of what monitor you are using this with as, when a system is used for gaming, the graphics card is matched to the monitor to ensure you don't spend more than needed.

If it makes any difference I'm running an LG 32ML600M-B 32 IPS Full HD HDR10 Gaming Monitor. It can go up to 1920x1080 and 75 hertz.

Could I ask why you suggested 2 SSDs?
