Very loud fan 'rattle' sound after only 6 hours of having PC

Hello,

My new PC came yesterday (I will post specs at the end) and suddenly while playing Cyberpunk I hear an incredibly loud sound coming from my PC:
Example

This was only after around 3 hours of gaming. I have not altered any of the components in any way.

While I am far from being an expert, I have made some obervations:

- It seems to be the GPU (RX 7900XT).
- It starts when the GPU temperature reaches around 70 degrees celsius.
- The left fan on the GPU seems to be struggling to activate.

I haven't attempted any solutions in fear of further complicating the issue.

The rattling is very upsetting, I don't want to ignore it and continue in fear of damaging anything, so I basically cannot game at all.

Any help/tips would be incredibly appreciated, because I have no idea what to do.

Thank you!

It sounds like something is catching on one of the fans.

Is there a GPU bracket? Make sure that's properly in place and hasn't positioned itself under the GPU shroud.

Yes there is a bracket, here is what it looks like

The white and black thing with the PCS logo on it is somewhat moveable, but I haven't moved it

Yes, it's just a support bracket, needs to be put in the proper place so it's correctly balancing the GPU.

At the moment it looks like its bent slightly under the GPU, so I'm guessing will be obstructing the GPU fan.

Oh I see, I could try slightly adjusting it and see if that helps. I never thought about that because I haven't touched it and the fans were ok earlier yesterday. Maybe it moved somehow

I actually just checked the fans and it appears that the middle fan may be the culprit, it seems loose, and is making a very similar sound to the rattling sound

Edit: which is being caused by the bracket, thank you very much SpyderTracks :)
