This isn't really going anywhere now, several members have done their best to help you but it's very difficult to diagnose things like this over the forums.
The best thing you can do is call PCS (calmly) in the morning, and try to get this resolved. There's a chance you may have to send it back, yes it's frustrating but unfortunately these things happen. Nobody has intentionally sent you a faulty PC, it would of been working on dispatch, if PCS sent out faulty PCs on purpose they wouldn't be in business.
If I were you I wouldn't try anything else hands on tonight, especially if you're frustrated, best left until tomorrow.
Post back and let us know how you get on.

Yes, there is a problem, but in all cases PCS will try and solve the problem, sometimes this means RMA'ing the machine, sometimes it can be fixed with instructions form them.
Remember also that the forums members (al of whom have replied to your thread do not work for PCS) are only trying to help.
Ok, I can't see what else there is to be said until you've contacted PC Specialist tomorrow.
I do understand that you are frustrated but continually commenting on here about how you feel towards PCS isn't constructive.
By all means post back with an update as soon as you have news but if the thread continues in this manner tonight it will have to be locked and reopened in the morning.
