You're right enough, you press it in and hold it in while you push the drive (I think from watching the video).

You keep saying that but are not paying attention when we clearly explain it most likely isn't PCS fault.

If you cant do it, then you will need to send it back.

Steaky, Keynes and krupps are awesome at helping, but they aren't PCS.

You will HAVE to phone them tomorrow, as that is the only definite way you are going to fix the problem.

Raging on here...yeh, that'll achieve close to nothing, apart from getting yourself more annoyed.

Yes we can help, but at the end of the day, stuff breaks, and stuff gets fixed.

Real world time :)

No you wont. No they wont (there is no way that this constitutes a rebuild in anybody's book). No you probably wouldn't notice either, lets be honest.

Time to calm yourself down, you are getting wound up over a fan controller. It is an easy fix.

Well you're scoring high points in bad attitude for sure.

No, you aren't going to MAKE them do anything.

PCS WILL help you, but whining on here like a child will get you nowhere...life lesson right there.

Tell me how it isn't PCS fault?

- if it's a loose cable that's came apart they should of actually connected it properly because i tested it with the spares I have and it was very stable
- if it's a faulty product it's still their fault for not testing it

Why would they send a faulty item? They will spend more collecting it, spending more time, re-testing and sending it back. Not in their interest, it could have been caused in transit.

I've opened the case up as they asked and fiddled with the cables as they asked... It seems like there's so many things which are just not working therefore I can ask that it is rebuilt.... I'm a manager in manufacturing and retail I know how it works...

Hardware goes faulty all of the time, its happened on many occasions where something works one minute and doesn't work the next. The fact that you received it and something didn't work straight away does not demonstrate that PCS didn't test it properly. All it means is that (most likely) something came loose during transit (which happens more often than you'd think) OR the fan controller has developed a fault and needs replacing.

Either way, PCS will not rebuild the PC because of that, they would simply replace the fan controller (but most likely just plug it back in).

You have only so far said that one thing isn't working... If you are going to perhaps point out the fans, they are connected to the fan controller... which is why they aren't working at the moment.

The packing was good therefore transit isn't to blame...

It's funny this whole thing cause I saw some guy on the forum with a similar problem and I though meh overreacting... But wow it's happened to me and i now understand that that guy was not overreacting at all...
