Not possible, your PSU is on.

The PSU fan might not spin all of the time. Your CPU fan(s) should be running (depending on the cooler you have) they will most likely spin all of the time.

Check it out from about 7:00 shows you how to insert a DVD drive.

There is a locking mechanism so it should be pretty easy to undo. No screws etc.

You can see the locking mechanism in this photo, just below the cage for the 5.25in Bays.

EDIT - Better Pic (just press these in to remove the 5.25in drives)

They most likely have not done anything wrong. As I said earlier, the chances are is that the connection came loose during transit... which is out of PCS control. You won't be entitled to any compensation.

Steaky is trying his best to help you, using that language won't help. I don't think you are entitle to any compensation, if you are not happy with fiddling with the internals the only solution I can suggest is sending it back.

I'm no moderator :). We all try to help out on here if we can :)

No Idc if I break something it's their fault for messing it up in the first place pffff

No. It would be your fault. STOP if you're getting to the stage where something might break.

Request a RMA from PCS - better yet give them a call tomorrow and hopefully they can talk you though things and help you resolve this issue.

I pressed the locking thing up to unlock it and I unplugged cables from DVD drive but I can't seem to push it out... Maybe I should really push lol

There would be an obvious difference, if it isn't moving at all then its most likely still locked in place. The video shows you clearly how the toolless lock works, looks to me like you would pull the lever (gently!) to unlock the drive, then it should push out. You shouldn't need to take it all of the way out.
