It looks to me as though there is a black female molex right next to the white molex (which I assume is from the fan controller). You could plug them into each other and see if that sorts it. Failing that I'll need to ask more questions / see more of the case to help further as the pics are not very clear unfortunately 
There also looks as though there are two molex connectors (white ones) it could be that this fan controller requires two, or that one of them is for something else?

I have no idea... That section is literally just the area of the NZXT... Basically I'm taking the pictures from the back to the front of the pc... Basically pretend your looking at the back of the DVD drive... It's the slot next to that...

I agree with steaky, plugging the white molex connector(assuming its the power for the controller) into a black one (assuming its from the psu) could solve it. Its hard to tell whats what though without unfurling all those wires and tracing them back to their sources. We need to make sure first.

OK, thats a picture of a sentry 2 outside of a case. Assuming the picture is correct, the Power molex's will be labelled as such so I wouldn't suggest plugging the white ones into the PSU immediately . I'd have a closer look and ensure its the power connector for the fan controller first.
More importantly it looks as though the power molex has a red cable going into it (live? no idea...) I can see red wire's from your pics earlier but can't discern what they are going into (if anything), find the molex they are attached to and connect that one to your PSU (it should be labelled 'power'). That should get the fan controller up and running at least.

You should only need to take the thumbscrews out the back of the case to get the side panels off (as you must've done to take the pics you've taken surely??). And I would guess it might be helpful to take both them off so you can see the cables behind the motherboard etc. better

Can you see the cables coming out the back of your fan controller? As in the pics I posted, there should be a bunch of cables and one pair of molex's will have a red (or perhaps just 'different' colour) coloured wire. If you've taken both the side panels off your case you should be able to easily access all of the fan controller cables.
