I did a search for VEN_1022 DEV_15E2 and found that this was the AMD audio coprocessor - so was starting to investigate along those lines but it is odd how you have already put the audio drivers on etc and it doesnt work.

@SpyderTracks I did read about a non PCS laptop where it says about the AMD Audio coprocessor driver "needs to be working with Realtek Audio Driver (version 6.0.1.8648)" - @KevGed - dont do anything about this yet until @SpyderTracks comments as I know he has posted recently about Windows updates messing up some of the realtek audio drivers but I dont know the full details so he might be able to help a bit more now.

It’s working now, needed the chipset driver installing, for some reason the auto tool wasn’t picking up the chipset, or it didn’t install correctly
