Valeon II 17inch maxed-out Laptop power to 3080Ti GPU question

I am looking at the Valeon II 17inch with maxed-out spec, including a 3080Ti 16GB GPU.

Online reviews have suggested that the performance of the 3080Ti is very related to how much power the laptop is providing to it. I think the general range that different manufacturers' laptops provide to this GPU is 80-150W.

My question is how much power does the Valeon II 17inch with maxed-out spec provide to the 3080Ti because I want to be sure that I am getting the best performance I can out of it, bearing in mind the big drop in performance by comparison with a desktop 3080Ti.

It's a little hidden away, but it states the TDP on the detailed specification

Graphics TDP (Thermal Design Power) - RTX 3070 Ti: 125W (Dynamic Boost 25W), RTX 3080 Ti: 150W (Dynamic Boost 25W)

If I can just tag on an extra question here - what are the thermals like?
I have another laptop from pcspecialist I bought recently - it's the Lafite Pro 17 with i7-1260p - and it's a great machine but it does get hot. I imagine with a gaming laptop too much heat would see performance throttling.

I should add that I would order a config with the PCS laptop liquid cooling option.

Any info on this would be great.

If any chassis is thermal throttling, it's because there's something wrong, usually with the cooler setup, so either a bad paste job, or the heatsink hasn't been put on correctly.

No chassis should thermal throttle.

So, if that was happening it would qualify for warranty repair, I guess.

Thanks again for your help.

Just needs servicing if it's the cooling, this needs to be done once a year on a custom chassis to keep thermals optimal, means taking it apart, cleaning any dust from the heatsink fins, and repasting the CPU. Standard maintenance.
