Recently got my pc from pc specialists, been working fine since I’ve had it(9 days now) tried to turn it on and nothing. Changed psu wires, and the sockets it was plugged into. Motherboard lights are on but will not turn on.
Everytime I try to turn it on I hear 1 single click from the psu and that’s it.
What’s has happened?!

There are 2 main cables that plug into the motherboard from the PSU. Make sure power is all off, then detach them both and stick them back in.

Completely unplugged the PSU, reconnected it back, changed the plug socket and still the same. PCspecialist sending out a replacement psu which will arrive Wednesday. Fingers crossed that’ll fix the problem.
the fact that the rgb stripping on the mobo is still working and when I turn on the psu it just has 1 single click kinda points towards that issue.

I wasn’t talking about the PSU cable, but the motherboard cables from the PSU.

The motherboard is getting power but the CPU isn’t which is why the motherboard and fans light up but it doesn’t boot. Try reseating both those cables.
