Urgen help needed. VERY weird problem with temperature !!!

This might be a long one but PLEASE bare with me.I have a vortex IV for a year now and its doing good. it has a default GPU HD graphics 4600 and my 780m.
Using GPU-Z im able to monitor these card's temperature while gaming. now im not a pro or anything but i know enough about pc to say that im actually using my High performance GPU (the 780m) while im gaming.
the problem is after around 10 mins gaming i tab out to check the temperature, 780m is running at full load @ 70-80 degree ( as it should) . HOWEVER. the HD 4600 gpu which isnt even hitting it's full load.( as it shouldnt because im not using it while gaming) is hitting 90-95 degrees !!!!. thats crazy and i dont understand why. i have updated driver for both cards. Help me !!!

Are you experiencing any issues with the laptop when gaming? I would try to use another programme to double check temps. How about temps for the cpu?

i use HWmonitor for my i7. 4 cores are around 65-70 degree when gaming (its hot in my country ). i notice my 4600 seem to run at max clock (1300/800) even when idle. i heard its a virus but iv done full scan with anti-malware and anti virus. dont know what the problem is. when i boost up laptop 4600 seem to run at full load straight away

Edit: no apart from that i dont see any problem while gaming or doing other intensive tasks
i also use msi afterburner but it only show my 780m . the problem is the radeon HD 4600 though

sorry for double post. i have a picture here to give you a better look. . this is the card while idle. my 780m idle temperature is around 40 degree only
