Upgrading

Hi, I bought a pc a while ago off of this and I’ve been impressed but I wanted to look at upgrading a couple things soon but I’m not sure what to upgrade, my initial thoughts is the processor but I wanted to maybe change out the cooler to a Corsair water cooler. I also need to upgrade my storage because I’m running out of space, any suggestions?
My specifications are:
Core i5 9400-f
Nvidia gtx 1660
Corsair vengeance 32 gb
1tb barracuda hard drive
Noctua nh-u14s cpu cooler
