Ooo, reading, painful :)

Pleasure to help. Your system won't be an issue at 1440p for a long time so long as long as windows is properly setup and drivers are configured correctly.

Then as you're already aware, there's no such thing as Max Graphics on PC, there are so many settings that you can lower that make zero impact to graphical fidelity, yet hugely increase FPS. Max settings is what console players think is the optimal, any PC gamer will tell you that's nonsense. There are always guides on the internet for best graphical settings per game depending on what performance you're after.

That's always great to hear, I thought that I would have to buy a whole new CPU and graphics card!

I'll definitely have to do some reading into those then because that's exactly what I thought was going on.

I did everything in the video and what you said but I'm still getting the same fps

Hi there,

I was speaking to someone about upgrading my specs as I am not reaching the fps that I want in the games that I play.
At the moment I play BF2042 and COD MW2 and on both I'm only reaching around 120-150 fps on minimum graphics settings.

I did a clean install of windows and wiped my C drive so it cannot be anything to do with that.

Any help is greatly appreciated :)
