Upgrade Ryzen or Intel

Why cant I upgrade to a Ryzen cpu from an Intel cpu, is it because it will be like a full rebuild.

Yep the two CPUs are completely different and require a different motherboard which isn't something PCS offer.

Oh so if I want a Ryzen cpu i need to buy a different pc, also are all the graphic cards out of stock

Yes, you will need a new computer. You'll need to check the configurator to see what is in stock.
