Unsure about how compatible 3080 is

So to preface, I've never built my own pc before, my intention is to have the main parts assembled for me, then slot in a graphics card, as I can find one for cheaper than MSRP here.

Whenever I select the 3080 however it says that it's unable to fit the case due to the cooler, which I was hoping to have fitted to the top of the case. Then of the 2 extra fans, one would go on the rear and the other on the front.

When you purchase a PC is there a way to specify this/ would a 3080 still fit.

The configurator is slightly flawed in that it accounts for AIO radiators being front mounted when they will usually be top mounted when possible, allowing for larger GPUs to fit. You shouldn’t have any issues fitting a 3080 into the 4000D.

That being said, your spec listed above could be optimised further. If you would like some advice about your build as a whole please could you tell us your budget, use cases and monitor pairing, and also post your full spec with the config link?

My budget is about 2000, I'm willing to go up to around 2100. I'm going to be pairing this with a omen 27c. It's going to be used mainly for gaming, along with occasional video editing.

I'm not sure what you mean by full spec/ config link.

Is that £2000 with or without the GPU? Have you bought the monitor already?

Pushing closer to 2100 than 2000 as you’ve under specced a couple of areas.
Case
CORSAIR 4000D AIRFLOW TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i5 14-Core Processor i5-13600K (3.5GHz) 24MB Cache Cheaper than the 12700k, will have equal or greater gaming performance while still possessing the 8 E cores to help with video editing.
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 (LGA1700, USB 3.2, PCIe 5.0) - ARGB Ready
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 16GB) PCS reports some stability issues with 13th gen CPUs and 3600mhz, but there’s negligible performance between the 3200 and 3600 PCS stock anyway.
Graphics Card
NONE, I ALREADY HAVE A GRAPHICS CARD
1st M.2 SSD Drive
500GB SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 6900MB/R, 5000MB/W)
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB SOLIDIGM P41+ GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 4125MB/sR, 2950MB/sW) Although it might look like we’ve decreased overall storage, we’ve actually increased usable storage. You want to keep your primary drive below 50% capacity or it starts to slow down rapidly. This gives you a fast primary drive for OS and programs, and a speedy drive for your games and projects.
Power Supply
CORSAIR 1000W RMx SERIES™ - MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD, ULTRA QUIET I always recommend a beefy power supply to handle transient spikes and give headroom for future upgrades.
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX RGB Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler The 13th gen chips are toasty, you need a high end cooler to look after them.
