Unable to setup an account

Hi All,

I tried to setup a new account but never received an email, checked spam mail as well. I then tried with a @gmail email and again nothing was sent.... are no new accounts been allowed at this time?

Sorry should be a bit clearer .... a customer account on the main PCSpecialist website to allow me to purchase a PC.

How long have you waited for the email? There may just be a delay on the servers atm.

Hmmm, in that case I'd give them a call, they're open until 8pm, then you can go through an order with them over the phone.

I'll message them separately now to highlight that registration emails aren't being received also, but they won't get that for a while.

I've emailed them to notify, have tried creating an account with a surplus email address and haven't received an email either, so it does look like there's a problem on the system.

I have checked the logs, and we are recording emails as delivered to yourself.
