Unable To Connect To This Network Error

I' getting the above error when I try to connect to the internet.
I've already tried the following:

1. Trying another device. I've successfully connected my Raspberry Pi (using it to type this), my mobile, and the Sky boxes around the house can all access Netflix, etc.
2. Reset my router, I tried this before the above.
3. Uninstalled the Wi-Fi adapter and then re-booted and allowed Windows to re-discover the hardware and install it.
4. I've checked the driver version against the latest one on Realtek's site and it's the most up to date one.

Not sure what else it could be?

I have managed to get it to connect once or twice but the connection doesn't last long. It functioned correctly while it was working.
I hope some-one can help.

I've tried one more thing, I've shared a mobile hot-spot from my phone and it won't connect to that either, and I've also tried bridging my Sky Wi-Fi via my phone and that doesn't work.
So it's narrowed it down to either a Windows issue or Network adapter issue.
Hope this helps to diagnose it!

Cheers, I'll try that in the morning.
I'll have to download it onto a USB stick on my Pi and install it.
It is suspicious that my PC did an update recently and now I have issues.

Only just got around to trying this, unfortunately it hasn't worked.
I'll have to contact tech support and see if they can talk me through a few things, if not the whole machine will have to go back. 😞

OK, spoke to Mark at PCS.
He's sorted it out, it took a little while running some commands from the command prompt, but seems to be OK now!
If I have any further issues they'll replace the card, so all good!

Looks like I might be asking them to replace the card. The card connects now, but I keep getting "No Internet" and the connection is slow.
Speedtest gave me 9mbps D/L on my PC, just done it on my Pi and got 61.5!
It worked fine for a little bit after speaking to tech support, so what they talked me through improved it and fixed it for a short time.
Unless anyone on here has anything else I can try I'll have to call back tomorrow.

I would ask for a replacement card and see if they can upgrade you to the AX200, it’s only £18 full price so you should get it for less, it’s a substantially better card.
