Too late to change as its being tested

having read and research all day, this will do what i need it to do.

And from your opinion, there is nothing that is over the top on this? i mean even if i wanted to do a bit of gaming (maybe F1 driving game) this would comfortably tackle it?

Is this a particularly large case? the benefits of the airflow will keep everything cool especially if i intend to run it around the clock.

I take it there isnt another case that would be suitable that has a smaller footprint? could i switch my components out in the future if i liked? - in to say a thermaltake tower 100 type case or similar? (minus the cooler i guess)

Its a good solid build that should last in future with maybe a graphics card change in future.
For 1080p gaming its pritty much top end .
I personally would not use the cases on the smaller side they are pritty bad thermally especially in the summer months when average room temp rises

you can sort all sorts of things using Icue, I've it set up so that the Corsair logo on my K70 keyboard changes colour depending on CPU temp

Just saved the quote and they will keep the refund as credit towards the new build! Saves time transferring money back and forth.

I noticed the price has increased around £30, not the end of the world. im guessing component cost increase.

So here is the final build as per all your kind advice and @jamiephillips909 for putting it together for me.

Just to recap - a 4 monitor set up is what i desire. I have purchased these already - HP X24iH Gaming Monitor, 165Hz, Full HD (1920 x 1080), 23.8 Inch.

Using it for day trading and general office type work. Documents will be cloud based and will not be storing huge volumes of music / videos / photos.

If anything does come to mind that you feel would be worth amending please do let me know.

Thank you all again.

The above build is absolutely fine. It's got plenty of room to grow in that sense that you could happily switch in a much more powerful GPU or CPU later given the PSU and cooler. If you plan on gaming you should definately stick with this build.

The only thing I would say is that, if anything, it's overkill for a your stated requirement of day trading and general office apps. If you are doing general trading (I'm assuming no complex quant calcs) then the recommended GPU card would typically be a T600 for a 4 monitor setup. The only fly in the ointment is that you've bought 165Hz monitors. The T600 only supports up to 120Hz refresh (4 monitors at up to 4k) since 60Hz refresh is fine for non gaming.

Hi @DarTon , thank you for your feedback.

Right ok. Nothing i can do with the monitors now, so im guessing the RTX 3060 is the best option.

I may well do some gaming (chances are slim). If i kept the RTX 3060 for the 4 monitor compatibility, what would you change knowing my requirements.

This is a just an office PC with added functionality to run 4 productivity monitors (so your monitors but run at 60Hz say rather than 165Hz). It cannot be used to game and doesn't have the long-term upgradeability in terms of CPU/GPU that comes in your more expensive spec due to the weaker PSU and lack of AIO cooler. On the other hand it's £500 cheaper. Pay your money and take your choice!
