Prices are rising on a daily basis due to stock issues, it's going to be like this for a while, it's been all over the news, they have no CPU's for cars, audio products, you name it, worldwide shortage of silicon processors for any product.
Best decision I took was going for the 6700xt. Just painful when I see the ray tracing option disabled on cyberpunk but otherwise it’s the same as the 3060ti.View attachment 24359

Looks like 3060Tis are just not going to be coming. Switching to a 3070 would cost £281 for me, so I guess I'm getting the AMD... (should mention I'm not aware if that switching to AMD deal is available for everyone or just people who've had particularly long waits)

I think it's now become a loss-maker for them. They are probably having to buy it in at a much higher price than it was previously. And because they have to honour the cheaper price that we bought it at, they will lose money. Or they persuade us to switch ...
Untrue. It’s because the 3060Ti production process has slowed in favour of the other 3000 series cards, something that is not at all controllable by PC Specialist. It appears that they’re next expecting a 3060Ti restock potentially as far away as June. So they’re giving you options in which you could get your build from them sooner with a GPU. If you remove the graphics card from your order and are able to source a 3060Ti yourself, that’s another way round it.

Switched last night to the 3070 so fingers crossed I wasn't too far behind everyone else, or else this 32day wait was just the beginning

My build just arrived today after switching to the 3070 on Monday. Running great so far, gave it a quick test in one game and performance has improved massively! Finishing setup of it now, but very happy with it.
From my experience, switching to the 3070 is for sure worth it, or the other AMD card being offered. Was on 31 working days when I switched and didn't seem like it was going anywhere. No regrets at all.

I take this back, turns out right after I said this I went into build!! 51 working days on this order, 96 real days since my original order, and just a few more until I can kick this Dell laptop I've been stuck on into the sea

I switched to the 3070 yesterday. Mainly for DLSS, which is currently lacking in AMD cards (just now) - so ponying up was the only option

Amended 3060Ti to 6700 XT (to go with 5600x) after they offered to switch free of charge yesterday, just went into building
