Hello everyone,

I genuinely can't express my gratitude towards PCSpecialist. They made the build/test/quality control/shipping as easy as possible. My computer was scheduled to be built 06/04/2020 and I received it 03/04/2020. Absolutely, AMAZING customer service, if you don't go with PC Specialist, you must be crazy!
It took 5 minutes to setup once it arrived, no exaggerating!

The only thing I'd say about the PC, is that it came with a i3 processor sticker, while it's a i5. If you wouldn't mind, could you send me a copy of the i5 sticker? The email used the is same as my XenForo account.

Glad you're happy.

PCS don't monitor the forums, you'd need to contact them directly (details on their home page) for the replacement sticker.

Regarding the sticker, it would be worth checking that you do have an i5 in there (I assume that's what you ordered?). I've passed your request to PCS, few of us on here actually work for PCS. I suspect you'll find it very difficult to get the i3 sticker off though....

Sorry to hear about the wrong sticker! I will raise this with the building team on Monday!
I have arranged an i5 sticker to be sent out via royal mail on Monday

Obviously the sticker area is about the only part of PCs that is not 100%. Got quite a shock when I saw an i5 on my i7 Octane a year or so back but as I remove stickers anyway not really a problem, although did check on the system details menu just to make sure.
