Terrible power cable connection

This is not an issue with the quality of the laptop - I am absolutely delighted with my Laptop.

The problem is the house brick size power adaptor and the fact that the connection point that is meant to connect to the back power slot is absolutely awful.

I spend most of my time having to pick the lead up from the floor to reconnect it then doing the same thing again five minutes later.

Great lap top.

Send it back and get a new one.

I got in touch with PCS when the laptop was going back for something else to be fixed and they replaced the charger.

Phone them up and mention that the connection is not staying in the back properly - you may find it is one of two issues, either the connector from the plug is too short, as was my instance, or the actual charge port in the chassis isnt quite set flush to the back of laptop where you plug the charger into - more likely the former.
