I'd just upgrade bro if u have cash and noob on pc I thought ur monitor is 4k but its wqhd.
Maybe u could upgrade ur gpu but ur psu will bottle neck and ur cpu is getting old and ram is slow. Warzone loves fast ram.
U could always go to a pc specialist shop and get them to install a new psu and gpu for u. But obviously ask the guys on here 1st
A new gpu is £500 compared to a whole new pc.
But if I had 2.5 k to spend I'd wait till the new radeon graphics come and I'd be asking on here too..😂

As suggested in your original thread, if you're not getting the FPS you expect, you need to examine why that is. Is your GPU or your CPU the bottleneck. To do this, you need to monitor stats on level of usage of both the GPU and CPU during gaming. If your CPU is maxed out at 100% utilisation and your GPU is only at 60%, then you know your CPU is the limiting factor and needs upgrading (or some underlying issue fixed). More likely it's the GPU that is the bottleneck in the games you list though.
One thing to consider is if it's worth starting a fresh with a clean install of windows, drivers etc. The issues you're seeing could be a result of a badly configured system. But again, without more data, it's hard to know the underlying cause.
