Strange display cable

Im hoping someone will know what this cable is/were to get hold of one.

Its VGA to what looks like mine HDMI/mini DP however it is not as we have tested both of these. Out supplier cannot locate it either and the current only way to get the cable is to bu a whole new cable kit.

The cable is for an ELO 2002l touch screen monitor,

There website sates its a mini VGA but try googling that and nothing close as results. The cable has the same symbol as a mini DP cable but with only one line not 2 ether side. Please see image below

It looks like an old Mini VGA that was on the old Mac iBooks. Doing a quick search I have found mini via cables but they are all male connectors as the Mac had a female port. I could not see one that has a female plug such as yours.
