Ok mine changed its status yesterday on the 25th working day. Rest assured you'll get build today/tomorrow I guess. Anyway on Live Chat they can say if all the parts are reserved (laptop included) for your order and just awaiting the man power to do the job. They did with me the other day.
I'm at 27 working days, still pre-production. Projected to start tomorrow, but hoping they start today. Your order is likely covered by the first batch of inventory. The message on the website should be for new orders. I have a feeling they'll start building yours next week, what build date have they given you?
My last build date email was from February giving 3rd March as estimated build date, I haven’t received any other update apart from that.
Live chat says there’s no operators available so I’m currently waiting for someone so I can find out some info.

No, last time the girl pretended it was still in England. I called PC Specialist yesterday and had to wait 20 to 30 mn for someone to pick up the phone. I explained him that Fedex was fooling around and he was going to have his manager call them. And of course he stated I would get a charge back for delivery without even asking.Still no luck tracking it down, PMarmotte?
I was sceptical about the fedex issue, but hey yesterday evening tracking passed from leeds to Ridgmont and parcel has left Ridgmont this morning!
So it was not Brexit but plainly Fedex keeping my 1 day delivery parcel for 3 days at Leeds!
Expecting to have it next week will keep you updated

Yesterday my defiance finished testing and was ready for dispatch. 12.30 was picked up and did r delivering it today between 10.30 and 11.30. That was without having to pay for 1 day shipping so happy with that. Cant wait to get my hands on it

After 35 working days of 'Pre-Production', my laptop has finally gone to 'In Building'. Hopefully the wait will have been worth it!

My Defiance 15.6" arrived yesterday after 47 long days of waiting since I ordered, so far so good. Great looking device and monster performance in a tiny chassis - actually makes my old Defiance XS look like a giant in comparison even though the screen sizes are the same.

I'm now 'In testing' after only a few hours.
I can definitely assure you that my fast track order was fulfilled before those in queue that had preordered. If not for fedex I would already have the baby at home.

Fast track orders have their own queue, totally separate to normal orders.
What did you order? I'm at 28 days and still on pre-production for the Ionico 17.3". My last 5-day email update stated 5th March would be build date ie. today. The tease is strong.
RTX3070. Yeah, it's strange and it doesn't help that I ordered the Recoil IV back in December, only to be told they didn't have all the components I wanted and the laptop was being discontinued. I decided to cancel that order and wait for the new line of laptops to drop. So really, I've actually been waiting 3 months to replace my current laptop. Not their fault, but it feels much longer than it has been! 😂

A 15.6" Elimina Pro. I didn't have a specified build date, just that the missing parts (the chassis et al.) would be in stock on the 3rd.
When I initially ordered there was the tentative shipping date of the 22nd Feb; which was then moved forward to the 15th Feb, before getting pushed back again to a build date of the 3rd March.
