I can wait more time but in which case they will charge back for the speed delivery My main concern was about the rush mount that has been indeed applied as I feared a lot of laptops were in queueWell I don't want to break your bubble, but Brexit allowing, a dispatch to France will require some more time than Monday-Tuesday I guess... But let's see if they are up to their promises.. (all is in the hands of the courier, though).
If they get the laptop out in the express timeframe then they have met with what you've paid for, if it gets held up at french customs or anywhere else after it has left them then that is out of their controlI can wait more time but in which case they will charge back for the speed delivery My main concern was about the rush mount that has been indeed applied as I feared a lot of laptops were in queue
I guess as I pay for 1 day delivery with Fedex, so does PCS (amount of shipping is not the same) It will indeed not be PCS fault but as in every contract if Fedex is paid to deliver in one day and this takes 3 days to be delivered, Fedex will not have fulfilled is contract towards PCS and so PCS will get a compensation. If they get the laptop out in the express timeframe then they have met with what you've paid for, if it gets held up at french customs or anywhere else after it has left them then that is out of their control
I have paid 69 euros to have the laptop mounted within 3 labor days. This is an option. As it came suddenly avalaible yesterday (where until now it was 3th March) I had the feeling that without this additional fee I may either have a long mounting time due to the queue already in place or even being delayed to another batch. What is this rush mount option even, I've never seen this?
You mean build time.I have paid 69 euros to have the laptop mounted within 3 labor days. This is an option. You can only take this option if all the hardware is avalaible though
that is it. I have not such great English skills, Sorry. You mean build time.
Don’t worry, wasn’t a criticism at all.that is it. I have not such great English skills, Sorry.
I have taken the RTX 3070 ,64 GB of memory so it wasnt the default configuration. I guess they had to open it to change the memory at least. I also had the zero pixel warranty just to be sure.Hi folks.
No news from pcspecialist since a few day as @Macco26. I'm glad to see that user like @pmarmotte have the computer already in testing (you choose the default configuration or the Ionico-X ?). This is a blazing fast order !
I didn't dare to have them repaste as I read some horror stories about it not being done properly. But I was tempted to do it.They comes anyway without any RAM and Storage so every Ionico must be opened.
Plus if you asks for MX-4 application (which I did) they have disassemble the heatpipes, clean and reapply.
PS: I know of another guy who preordered the 18th Jan which entered assembly of Ionico as of today. We should soon follow next week I guess.
