Specific power needs

I have specific needs in that I run my current laptop from an inverter which ramps the mains up from a 12 volt battery bank.
The laptop I use currently is rated at 1.5 amp at mains, and the charger supplies 19 volts at 4.74 amps. What that means is, there is a draw of approximately <6 amps from my batteries when using the laptop.

Now, I need a more powerful computer as this laptop is incredibly slow at running Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. Most all in ones I see have a mains draw of 2-2.5 amps, which means they use far too much current for my batteries to cope with. If you refer to the usage above, I can't really exceed 7amps in total.

So, my question is, how powerful a computer can I get for those stated power needs?
I realise this might be a difficult one to answer but I've failed so far to find anything off the shelf. (iMac's draw 10 amps and I really don't want to move from Windows)

This might be my ideal setup as I'd love an all in one type machine:

I have checked the amp and wattage draw on a similar Maestro model. The wattage draw when running the Windows Experience Index was 65W and the AMP draw was 0.53. The AC adapter supplied is rated 180W.

OK that sounds too low for what it's running tbh.
Is it possible to call in and see a similar machine running? If I can run a machine of that spec at only .53 watts then I'll buy one on the spot!
If I can see one running please let me have an address.

You can come anytime Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Here are some images of the device I used to test the power draw.
