It's a pretty well balanced spec, good effort by your friend. (y)

Couple of suggestions:

1/. You can reduce RAM to 16Gb unless you're doing heavy modding or something. Currently no games demand any extra than that.

2/. I would up the cooler to the Corsair H100i, it's expensive, but there is a reason why, it's a far superior cooler. I'm still running one 24/7 since I bought it in 2014, it's been bulletproof and you'll gain extra boost performance out of the process through the lower running temps.

3/. You can drop the enhanced paste, the AIO's come with their own high quality paste pre applied

4/. Up the PSU to 850W RMx version. You're factoring in the lifetime of the build of 7 - 10 years, not what your current requirements are. The first upgrade you'll need to do will be graphics, and budget and the tier that you're able to choose will change in that time. You don't want to be hampered from an upgrade to a higher power card because the PSU isn't powerful enough.

5/. Drop bullguard anti virus, it does more harm than good. Windows Defender that's included with windows is far better and free.

6/. No wifi selected? If you require it, just add an AX200 card, they're about £18 I think and support modern connectivity.

I would suggest two changes , 1: Drop Bullguard Antivirus as Windows Defender is a much better product and is included in the OS and 2: I would increase the wattage of the PSU to atleast 650-700w for eventual future upgrades . Always good to have a bit of headroom when it comes to the power supply .
