It's very difficult to comment unfortunately. The platform is dead so it's hard to recommend something, in good conscience, along the lines of what you are looking to purchase.
It will function well enough for 1080p... yes. I would probably put in the 1650 Super over the AMD 580, but that's a minor point.

Can you recommend me a good build, at your perspective. I was going to go an AMD route like the ryzen 2600x but it’s out of stock.
Again, I wouldn't specifically recommend this...... it needs some tweaks to make it optimal. But it will do what you ask and it has a FAR better path going forward.
