Spec for gaming/video editing/recording/streaming, is this ok?

Been working and playing on an old xps 15 and looking for a level up. Wanted a visually pleasing desktop able to compete with current gaming demands while recording gameplay for YouTube and possibly streaming in the future. Don’t know much about hardware so feedback on this spec is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Also wanted opinions on 1440p 60Hz vs 1080p 144Hz monitors. Should I bite the bullet and get a 1440p 144Hz monitor?
