Solved: My brand new PC won't start

My new PC just been delivered and it won't start. Just a little orange LED lights up in the motherboard and nothing. Tried plugging it in in different mains and nothing. I'm trying to contact the support but the answer time just keeps increasing and no one answers it. I'm so disappointed as I really need this computer to start working in a new project.
I wonder how they tested it before sending it to me.
Has anyone had the same experience?
Cheers

Hi there. It can occasionally be the case that components get moved around slightly during transit which might affect things. In order to know what we're dealing with, please could you post your full system specification? You can find it under 'your orders' on your PC Specialist account, just copy and paste the whole lot over and someone will take a look.

First thing to do is take the side of the case off and check all the connections, which ports have you tried plugging the monitor into, the one you want is the graphic card one which is down the bottom of the computer

I've checked all the connections and everything seems to be well connected. Nothing loose.
The problem is that the PC won't even power on.There is just an orange LED lit on the motherboard but nothing happens when I try to turn it on, so nothing really coming out of the monitor, I was using the HDMI port from the graphics card.

Hey guys, just double checked the connections and found a jumper a little loose, put back in and, at least, the computer turned on. I will do some tests and tell support to cancel the appointment to pick it up if everything is Ok.
Thank you all for the help.

Everything was pointing to the power button connection being loose. Given the motherboard was receiving power. Does that button work now ?

Yes, it is working and powering on now. Just got to the Test Windows 10 they've installed for testing purposes. I will install my own Win 10 Pro now.
Thanks again. :)

Fingers crossed, not the first time heard of the power button connection or similar coming loose in transit
