Signal loss

I'm looking for some advice please. I built a gaming pc for my stepson for Christmas. The pc has been running perfectly up until recently when it has started to intermittent show up no signal on the monitor but the pc is still running. It is random as to when it does it. I’ve checked temps, drivers and all the updates to see if it was anything like that and everything seems to be ok. Is there anything I could do or check that might help me solve this problem. The motherboard is a gigabyte auros x570 master running ryzen 5 3600 cpu, Radeon power colour red dragon vega 56. Thanks in advance for any advice.

First step should be to swap out the cable and monitor, one at a time, to see if either of those are the fault.

sorry I should of said I did change the lead and also plugged it into a different monitor
