me also Manta, although it looks like PCS has nailed the diagnosis, as there was a whine from a fan which was beginning to get louder.

I'm glad the guy(s) at PCS has rectified both probs, it makes me feel that a full repair has been applied and I should now be able to carry on gaming without any hassles.

Just to confirm the machine arrived (although with a loose fan which I re-attached without too much issue), and has been problem free- so far.

Hopefully can now get on with some gaming.
