Hi,
I'm a little disappointed so far with my new PCS laptop; its got 3 issues (all reported with PCS messaging centre for now), but I wanted to reach out to see if anyone can help with my screen brightness issue. It used to work, but now it doesn't seem to want to know!
The laptop spec is as follows:
This is what I have done so far:
Changed power settings to full
Updated graphics drivers
Tested with and without power mains
Weirdly, say if i slide the brightness slider to the end (maximum) and it doesnt update, when I then restart windows, it will start in that max setting. Maybe a software issue somewhere?
Anyone else had this and managed to solve?
Thanks
