RTX 3080

I put my order in Jan 14th, knowing that I didn't need my new PC until June and that the delays with the 3080 were significant. Hopefully I'm still around the middle of June so despite the emails I will hold on a bit longer. Now if the rest of you can switch to their suggestion of the 3070 maybe I might get my new PC in May!!!!!

I wish there was an option to ship the build without GPU (Have an old one I could use while waiting) and then just ship the GPU once it arrives...

i thought they did have that option? but without the shipping gpu once it arrives part

There is. Right at the bottom of the list - "NONE, I ALREADY HAVE A GRAPHICS CARD" but then you wouldn't get the graphics card at a later date so you would need to source your own.

I just got 3 emails from PC specialists saying about the lack of RTX 3080's and they advise me to get the 3070 instead, problem is the ones i've gone for doesn't support the 3070 XD guess got another 98 days to wait

Currently at 74 Days, happy to wait considering they are saying 2020 orders will be done in next 2-3 weeks. i placed my order at the end of January so im probably end of June / July so i may as well wait too.

I am however keeping my eye on 3080 TI and will be ringing to see if i change to that i can get it any sooner worth a try.

Currently at 74 Days, happy to wait considering they are saying 2020 orders will be done in next 2-3 weeks. i placed my order at the end of January so im probably end of June / July so i may as well wait too.

I am however keeping my eye on 3080 TI and will be ringing to see if i change to that i can get it any sooner worth a try.

alright nice! Seeing what PCS said to me about how all builds ordered 2020 should be complete on the next shipment of GPUs, hopefully your build progressing signals that shipment got there. This is utter speculation, and there’s many reasons why this might not be the case but if that is the signal of that specific shipment, and what PCS support said to me turns out to be correct, hopefully we should see most builds from 2020 complete over Friday and next week.

yeah seems anyone over 100 days are getting theres built very soon, but i have been told they get very small amount in every delivery but who knows. hopefully mines comes unbroken and perfect haha i suffered for far too long

Hopefully mine goes into building soon, added a 3 pack of the Corsair rgb fans at 12:30 last night due to my brain convincing me I needed better airflow, and that it’s a good deal

Which to be honest it really is, PCS sells those things cheaper than anywhere else that I can find.

I added 3, should be more than enough as pretty sure they also use the regular case fans as well. I’m not gonna be watercooled myself so dont need as much as 3 aren’t going on a rad
