Checked there doesn't show me the rma section so I've emailed them aswell as sat on hold... let's see which gets a reply quicker 🤔

I emailed for a refund and was refunded within 48 hours that was in october
I have the 1000W RMx. And while I was told that, I was also told that it's just an estimation, it's all down to the supply arrivals in the end
I sent an email last Monday asking for an update on Liquid Series and the 3080, I'm still waiting for a reply 
I was originally quoted 42 days build when I ordered - I understand it takes time, there's a lot of bespoke work goes on in there fitting coolant lines etc. My question was once the 3080 comes into stock and I'm allocated "mine" am I then looking at a further 42 days to build, or is it more likely to be the 15-18 I can see quoted for a new order with a 3090 in ?
I'm only a young-un when it comes to the wait-list at 37 working days, but would quite like an update on even roughly "Yes, even if your stuff comes in NOW you have another 42 days to wait sonny!"

Once all components are in stock I doubt it would be too long. It doesn’t take that long to build a custom water loop, but obviously requires more testing.
