In testing now!!! So close!! I hope the DPD guy gets given the fast van!

Its possible it will end up like mine last week. Had been in testing from Tuesday (liquid series, takes a bit longer) Friday morning 9am, awaiting dispatch, 9.12am dispatched, sat in back of lorry all Friday and the weekend, arrived Monday 9am.

Mine did come with palletways though so maybe DPD deliver same day its dispatched? not sure.

Thats strange i ordered mine 20th of September havent recieved it so its weird that they would say they have already started dispatching for early october

Im on 48 working days and it's gone in to build today (standard 3080). Phone them. Likely a reason but you never know.

I phoned up about mine, waiting on the ROG STRIX 3080 and AMD 5900X.

Maybe could swap down to standard 3080 and put in a 5950X 🤔

Knowing my luck it would then come next year 😂

I phoned up about mine, waiting on the ROG STRIX 3080 and AMD 5900X.

Maybe could swap down to standard 3080 and put in a 5950X 🤔

Knowing my luck it would then come next year 😂

I had the 5900X and it didnt seem to slow it down. When I originally changed my i9 to the 5900x the 5900x was out of stock but not for long at all.
Changed my PSU to Titanium (AX) yesterday cos i got a message about the one I had.
God knows about the 3080's, bit of a gamble!!
3080 builds seem to be around 40-50 working days from what I have been reading. Could change for the better or worse anytime i guess.

Just wanted to post what happened with my order.

I ordered my pc on the 19th of September. It went into pre-production on the 25th of September. The build date was the 24th of November and it went into testing on the same day.

Got an email this morning at 07.45 that it was awaiting dispatch. Been checking my email obsessively all day but have had no confirmation that it’s been dispatched. Surely it has been and hope to potentially get it tomorrow or Saturday. Not the end of the world if it’s next week. It’s been a long wait...

Made a few changes to it throughout the whole process.

You'll only get saturday delivery if you order it, you have to pay extra for that.

You will definitely get an email once it's despatched, so it wouldn't have made the pick up today, hopefully get picked up tomorrow.

The only problem with changing to the standard 3080 will be that you’ll go to the back of the queue so you’ll be waiting an even longer time for your order as they told me I’ll be waiting another 2 months for an order made on the 14th of october

If its still DPD that handle the delivery's, they have a very large depot about 5 mins from my house, so am going to track it and if it goes there by Saturday am going to knock at the door and ask for it I know I should be more patient after nearly 50 working days, but do the kids go asleep on Christmas eve, well this is the same hahaha!!

As I say not the end of the world, I can wait another few days.

Maybe, just maybe PCS have fast tracked the delivery as I’ve had to wait over 2 months for it. I know it’s not their fault about the shortage of components but one can dream....

I was actually close to requesting a full refund a few days ago. Very, who I use a lot, have had 3080 gaming pcs for the last couple of weeks and they don’t specialise in pcs. Don’t know how they managed to get them if they are in such short supply...

Id me made up to have it Saturday, but look at it like this, Monday wont be as gloomy as every other Monday if the new beast of a rig will be waiting when you get home from work!!💪

Yeah it’s a weird situation. Been a gamer my whole life. Last gen chose to go with the consoles. Was a PC gamer before that but I think the most I ever spent on a PC was £1200. This PC has cost over double that but it’s an absolute beast. I’m hoping I’m going to be playing most games at close to max settings in 4K. Can’t wait.

Main reason for the PC is for Cyberpunk 2077 so it’s actually worked out quite well.
The excitement has waned a bit since I purchased it but it’s going to be amazing when it arrives I’m sure.

Very PC's are in fact PCSpecialist PC's but they're not the best specs.

When did you place your order ? I'm trying to not think about how long my build is taking, but I come on here most days to check to see how other people are getting on with orders.
Currently on 43 working days ... fingers crossed I get it before Christmas!! Was hoping to have it before Cyberpunk

Just got an email saying it’s dispatched with DPD. Got download codes for Far Cry 6 and Call of Duty, missing the Assassins Creed Valhalla one though.

Surely DPD don’t collect at 9.57pm. I’m guessing it’s not actually dispatching till tomorrow. Monday it is then. Can’t wait.

Hope all those still waiting get orders soon.

A lot of PSU manufacturers have released proper cables for the 3080 and 3090 12 pin connector. Check your manufacturers website.
