I'm on a 34 inch ultrawide and it's great for everyday gaming. Looking out over the plains in Red Dead Redemption 2 at the scenery is stunning. Also brilliant for driving games/sims, the FOV adds an extra layer of immersion and you really feel like you're in the driving seat. I'm not huge on first person shooters but I played Bulletstorm recently and again, the increased field of vision is great. I think if you were playing competitively you might want to stick to a smaller screen so your head isn't moving around so much to see what's occurring. But for single-player, it's a lot of fun.All these guys with curved monitors makes me want one so bad.
I think my GF would kill me if i bought another screen.
I wonder if the G9 and curved monitors are peoples everyday gamer or is it more of a special release use. I imagine Assasins cred watchdogs etc look amazing.
But an everyday game of Rainbow six siege? Is it used in those occasions?
