This KINDA matches what I was told on the phone as my build is estimated tomorrow and the same cooler was awaiting stock. So maybe they do have cards in now.

What cooler ya waiting on? Mine is hopefully in the same boat as they said that about my cooler on the phone.

The last update I had was that it would be built for the 16th. Guys were commenting that there was a delay due to the H115i cooler being out of stock so hopefully something positive occurs this week?

Not gonna lie, it's been a month now and I'm starting to get a little frustrated with the lack of any sort of real communication from PCS regarding the status of my order. I know it's not really their fault but it's still a lot of money to splash out on a pc with no estimated delivery date, no idea where I am in the queue and people claiming to have their orders built who placed their order after me.

I feel your pain also.
Phoned again this morning same story about the coolers which they got over the weekend I was told.

The frustration is real. I'm in a similar boat, paid for my pc about 4 minutes after release of the card. Yet I have seen someone in another thread saying they has received their pc and they bought it about 7 minutes afterwards. I've only had pcspecialists send out the automated emails and I've reached out once that was when I received the update about not having build date till November. Which was down to the logo situation, which I was told to ignore. So the lack of knowing is annoying and seeing as they have taken my money upfront adds to the frustration.

I ordered on 1/10/2020
Standard version of the 3080. Spoke to them last week and I asked how could I receive my build quicker...
They said the demand for the asus variety of the 3080 was in less demand. So I've switched to that.
I'm not that bothered about the wait. But it would be nice to know where you are in the queue...
When you have shelled out 2.5k then its the least they could do..

I was told to switch FROM the asus to the standard to speed up my build.........
