RTX 2080 Graphics card stuck on 300 on Octane VI

I don't remember it always being on 4.2 before that's all. If this is normal I will leave as is, just wanted to check its not stuck in a state of permanent boosting which will degrade the life of it ?

3.6 is the base clock. It will rarely be that low unless there's zero going on.
