RMA held for 6 weeks !!!

Its been over 6 weeks since my laptop return status changed to "RMA received". I didn't get a single update regarding my repair. Exchanged few pointless emails with customer service and gave up calling them after two 30 min waits trying to get through.

I'm really disappointed with my experience so far.

They are extremely busy right now and phoning them is the best way to chase up your RMA. Annoying as it is I would suggest you hold on the phone until they answer. Live Chat works better but I understand they can't help with RMA queries.

I do apologise for the delay in your RMA, we are quite busy at the minute due to the pandemic and amount systems currently in. Could I trouble you to PM me your order number.
