Ridiculous.

I suppose, but I find it very hard to believe the exact same problem happened in transit twice. Not to mention it's PCS responsibility to make sure it's correctly packaged.
I've purchased a desktop and a laptop from PCS and from what I've seen the packaging is to a very high standard.

High spec, bespoke PCs go wrong - laptops and desktops - I've learned to enjoy the inevitable disappointment of companies building me rigs to satisfy my gaming addiction. All of them have failed so far...see my post on gaming rig tech issues on how to deal with these companies. Be nice - but take no prisoners and understand your rights.

I'd understand if it was something much more serious, but an unseated RAM module causing BSODs? Heh.

Live & learn, take the opportunity to learn about the machines that make our lives possible, and as Wake said, you can not beat Clevo models in upgrade-ability & performance. I mean, the i7-3630QM has the same performance as a desktop i5-2500K and can be used on all Clevo/MSI barebones: from Genesis IV to Vortex III Elite.

I think there's a slight difference between receiving something with an unseated RAM, and receiving it twice with that problem, one stick of RAM not inserted at all, a clip snapped off and the SSD not properly plugged in. There's mistakes that are obviously going to happen, but 4 glaringly obvious large mistakes and twice. Especially after they claimed they had repaired it and it was the GPU was faulty which clearly wasn't the case since I got the exact same about 10 error messages and the exact same problems, and when you pay £1300, and need the laptop within a date about 2 months ago now for work, it really isn't acceptable that a company could make that many faults for that much money.
