RGB not responding

Hi all, I've just got a new pc for Christmas. When I first booted up the RGB was in sync and would respond to the RGB fusion app. I then got a bit curious and pressed the buttons on the case that controls the rgb and now only the on cpu cooler will respond to the app. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The pc is the PCS-D2579265

Unfortunately I don't think there's any online manual for PCS-branded components, so we can't look it up for you.

But from previous posts, I believe one of the buttons controls the RGB, and it cycles through pre-set options and a motherboard-controlled option, so you may have to keep pressing the RGB button until you get back to the motherboard-controlled setting.

The case appears to be the Lancool 205 in the photo, but I can't be certain without more information.

OP can definitely try to hit the button as you mentioned, but he will still need to register the PC through PCS, I believe.

I have already registered the warranty, also I have already cycled through the buttons on the case but it doesn’t seem to change back to the colour I have selected on the software. I’ll have to have another look tomorrow and get back. Thanks

According to the case user manual, to sync the ARGB to the MB, first turn off the lights (push the M button for 3 seconds) and then turn them back on (press again for 3 sec). Have you tried it? :)
