Many fans have a separate cable for the RGB than from the power. If that's the case you can just unplug the cable that controls the RGB.

As with any RGB you can just turn it off in the RGB software.
I looks like a PCS version of a Corsair 4000D case, with Corsair fans & PCS cooler, so I'm guessing the case fans will be controlled by either iCUE or Armouy Crate / Aura Sync.

I'm assuming the PCS AIO RGB will be controlled by Aura Sync too, and the GPU will either be iCUE/Aura Sync or GPU-manufacturer software.

Something to consider... I have a Corsair 4000 case with a glass side panel. I set the lights as follows, using the iCUE software:-

CPU water cooler and fans - white
Front fans - white
Memory covers - gentle multicolour flow

The light intensity is adjustable in the software

The result is not dissimilar to having a gentle desk lamp on plus a very small touch of colour for fun. It definitely doesn't look like a circus
