RGB fusion help, if possible

Hopefully this is in the right place.

Good afternoon, I have received a PC I ordered for my daughter, everything seems to be on point except for the RGB strip which I sub ordered.

The strip is stuck on yellow/green, when I go into RGB fusion 2.0 no matter what colour I select it just stays the same.

Any help on this would be brilliant, I'll try to answer any follow up questions the best I can, complete novice at this game.

Welcome It could be just a two colours strip, not RGB. Could you show us a full list of your specs please? Best, if copied from your orders page.
