Rgb front fans dont work?

Just recieved my build today, and the rgb front fans fans dont work. The case is a 500d se, checked rgb hub and everything seems to be connected. Any suggestions?

changed the h100i to a h115i capellix

Have you tried installing Corsair iCUE? That'll be the software used to control the RGB

yep, not detecting any of them except from the aio fans

When I got my PC in the same case, the front fans originally started off as a purple colour, but after rebooting during Windows updates the RGB went off. I went into iCue and changed some settings and they then displayed RGB in all its glory.

I had to tell iCue how many fans I had on Channel 1 and then the RGB started working
