Reset Laptop

I recently reset Windows on my new Optimus Pro Elite 15 Gaming Laptop as I had run out of space on it. So I bought some external SSD's and reset it to clean it up.
My problem is I seem to be missing software that came with the laptop (for keyboard) etc.
I also seem to have lost my copy Rainbow Six Siege Gold, as I all I have now is a test server version.
Does anyone have a link please to the PC Specialist software?
Thank you.

A reset will basically reinstall windows, so it's a blank windows installation.

All the drivers are in your main PCS account under the downloads section, but you should let windows update install all that it can, the only ones you should need to manually install (unless they're missing in device manager) are Nvidia drivers (direct from nvidia) and the management driver (from your PCS account).

Thank You.
I just found the Gaming Centre program (I couldn't remember the name of it before) that I wanted.
Once again, many thanks for you help.

And regarding Rainbow Six Siege Gold, that will be linked to your uplay store. So you need to install it and login to your account.
Thank you. I found that I was logging into an old Ubisoft account which my browser remembered the password for. lol
I'm just downloading Rainbow Six Siege now.

After recently resetting Windows 10 and reinstalling the Gaming Center program, when I go to the System Monitor section, it no longer picks up the stats for the GPU, only the CPU.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I've tried removing the program and installing it again but it still works the same,

Thank you for any feedback on this.

Have you checked if the Nvidia drivers were installed correctly? Are they the latest version (or at least close to)? Have you also tried to run a game to see if the performance looks right?

Hi there.
Yes thank you, I have GeForce Experience installed and the latest drivers.
The strange thing is the Gaming Center program has seemed to have corrected itself.
I recently bought a steelseries keyboard and mouse for my laptop and the keyboard has an oled display giving hardware information (GPU/CPU speed/temperature, etc).
I'm wondering if the software clashed.
Thank you for your reply anyway.
