Recoil III Keyboard Drivers

I have just received my Recoil III laptop, and all is working well, except the HOTKEYS program which is not opening, and telling me to install the correct dirvers/ Any help would be much appreciated.

j'ai acquis un recoil 3 recemment , où est ce que je peux avoir les pilotes utilitaires pour mon PCS, merci
