Hi, so II had problems since pretty much start after owning it for few months it started crashing with bsod maybe once every 2 weeks, sometimes few times a day and stop for good month. Checked temps looked fine nothing over 70-80C ish. Mostly gaming it would happen. Recently it became more and more unstable it would just freeze without bsod have to hard turn off laptop. Few days ago it just started crashing with bsod with different error codes but it was caused by razer synapse so updating software fixed it. But my random freezing or occasional bsod still happens. Is there a way to know whats causing this is it windows or is it hardware I'm not very knowledgeable about these errors. Maybe someone having same issues.

Can you please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and save it to the Desktop. Then run it and upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link to it here. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp collects all the available troubleshooting data and will make diagnosing your problem much easier. It DOES NOT collect any personally identifying data. It's used by several highly respected Windows help forums (including this one). I'm a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum where this tool came from, so I know it to be safe.

You can of course look at what's in the zip file before you upload it, most of the files are txt files. Please don't change or delete anything though. If you want a description of what each file contains you'll find that here.

I did a fresh install of win10 and after playing game it bsod, kmode exception not handled, then IRQL not less equal and there was few where I forgot to save, hope mega is okay for upload. I noticed i'm gettng lots of errors from nvidia that I never seen before. Might try to do clean ddu install fresh drivers. Also did memtest86 auto run took 2 hours to test both sticks 0 errors.

The first thing of note is that you're missing a bunch of drivers...
Code:
PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01\3&11583659&0&50 The drivers for this device are not installed.
IR Camera USB\VID_2B7E&PID_C664&MI_02\6&C2C60B6&0&0002 This device is disabled.
FHD Webcam USB\VID_2B7E&PID_C664&MI_00\6&C2C60B6&0&0000 This device is disabled.
Not Available ACPI\INTC1078\2&DABA3FF&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Base System Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74F&SUBSYS_126B1D05&REV_01\3&11583659&0&40 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available ACPI\INTC1085\2&DABA3FF&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
They look like chipset drivers but they may not be related to your BSODs however, but they will need sorting eventually.

The four dumps are all screaming bad RAM at me. You have a divide by zero error, an invalid memory access during address space cleanup, a misaligned instruction pointer, and a general protection fault, all whilst executing Microsoft functions. In addition, that the problem exists after a the fresh install (was that a clean install from bootable media?) points at a hardware cause.

You have a lot of RAM there so the best way to test it is to remove one stick and run on just the one for a few days - or until you get a BSOD. Then swap the sticks over and run on just the other stick for a few days - or until you get a BSOD. Check your motherboard manual to ensure that the single stick is in the correct slot (typically A2).

Let us know how that goes. You might be lucky and find that just reseating the RAM during this test fixes the problem - it sometimes happens.

BTW. If it had problems from the start why did you not contact PCS immediately?

First I will try to switch up rams reseat them and test it again, was thinking to upgrade to 64gb with 2 sticks. Problems were very random, not enough time to contact support was working/traveling so sending laptop was not really option tried first to do research myself but here I am now only own this laptop 1 year and issues were not that bad I could do stuff and game for months no issue maybe bsod once a month. But now its just annoying. I'll post if anything changes. Thank you for help

No, some of them don't look that clever at all. You're saying that it won't run on either stick on their own (in the correct slot for one stick)?

At what point does it freeze? Does Windows start? Can you login?

No its just same problem I only swapped them places. It randomly freezes while playing could be after hours or just like 20-40min, pretty much same problem I will try today having only one stick on and see if it freezes or gives me bsod.

I did with both sticks in, 0 errors, gonna try later to each stick
So IMHO, the reason you're getting RAM errors within windows is because the OS isn't properly configured yet, that makes perfect sense to me @ubuysa?

So to me, you need to fix the OS first before doing any further testing within windows.

As above @ubuysa has already shown you the drivers missing. Until windows is properly configured with the chipset and Management driver (control center) it’s not going to be stable in windows

I don't know what that means.

Have you run with only one RAM stick inserted? Did it freeze/crash/BSOD?
Did you then swap sticks and run with only the other stick inserted? Did it freeze/crash/BSOD?

Running each stick on their own is far more conclusive than Memtest86. No software RAM tester can ever find 100% of RAM issues, removing sticks can.

I need to know conclusively whether if freezes/crashes/BSODs on only one of the sticks or whether it does so on either stick on their own.

I tried with one stick each and it looped bsod for a while on both, and after few bsod I could get into login screen and use it for a while.
