Recoil 16 Liquid Cooler

I got the liquid cooler yesterday for my Recoil 16 and I've not been able to use it since I got it.

I'm having a problem where I'm getting Flow State Error whenever I start up on Control Center.

I found a manual online and tried following the troubleshooting tips and also any other suggestions such as reinstalling Control Center but the error just starts again right away and I get the yellow blinking light.

I've messaged PCS but seeing if anyone here has any ideas in the meantime.

Edit - Got a reply from PCS to fix the issue which is ultimately to run diagnostic mode while rotating the cooler/laptop separately to remove any air bubbles.

I tried the 'update your pc' but it's not showing the water kit. Also browsing for a Recoil 16" and it is not available apparently.

Could you guide me to find the product itself please??

Just message PCS and they will add an order to your order list which you can then pay for. That's what they did for me.

it will be in the Orders / My Spare Parts section of your main PCS account.

Its obviously only available if you purchased the device through PCS
