Good monitor, suitable spec for your system and your needs, reasonable price (you sometimes find it for ~£350, and I think it was knocked back up to about £400 before Christmas, so £370 is a reasonable price for it).
In this price range you'd be hard pressed to pick a bad monitor.
Anything 27", 1440p, 144hz, with freesync (or 'gsync compatible') is exactly what you want. There are different features (whether the monitor has a USB hub included.. whether you really care.. whether it has a height adjustable stand, etc). There are different panel types - TN, VA mostly in this price range (~£350-£400). But there isn't a right or wrong choice, it's down to your preference.
Anything you like the look of is fine That Dell is a great fit, being not too expensive, a TN panel (ideal for competitive shooters) and having the right specs as above.
If you'd prefer deeper blacks and even more accurate colours at the expense of response time, and if you quite like a curved screen, then something like the MSI Optix MAG271CQR is an option.
