Can I ask what will you be using the system for? This will help the folk on here assist you with the specification.

You are going to spend that much but only £19 on the case? You need a better case, the crosshair will not offer much extra for your uses compared to a lower priced 570 motherboard. Consider a M2 NVME drive also?

indirectly yes, by managing thermals. If you have an overheating PC, then the performance is going to nosedive.

The case is primarily responsible for good airflow throughout, it's paramount to the build.

That's a very low end case for such high end hardware. I would honestly reconsider most elements of the build.

Poor case, if you want to go for budget but still good the Focus G would be my recommendation.
3900 is a great choice of chip, very powerful
CROSSHAIR Hero is massive overkill, overspending to the max here. The ROG strix is luxurious to begin with, the standard X570 is more than fine.
RAM looks good
For the GPU NVidia is often the more compatible professional choice.
Storage you want a fast M2 drive in there to make the most of it.
The FrostFlow120 is going to struggle to keep the 3900 running well, needs a better cooler. H100i would be my first choice for this rig.
Silver warranty would be the recommended minimum.

Thanks Scott. I’ve upgraded the case to the wraith RGB which was better than standard I had originally

Ye I rang up and said I think my case needs upgrading which he agreed and thought that case was sufficient against my spec

I would argue that point personally. That's a beast of a chip and needs optimum cooling. The PCS cases are fairly restricted in their airflow potential due to pretty sealed fronts.

Shouldn't ask salesmen for branded sales advice :D

The Focus G, although cheaper, is an amazing bit of kit for the money. It's basic, but it's fantastic.

If you want RGB you want to be looking around the H500 + mark.

The cooler you have chosen will limit the clocks massively anyway IMO. It's not a good selection of choices.
